Overview

**Description**

The Principal Program Manager is responsible for advising, consulting, and managing a number of complex projects under a common objective at PSJH under a single program (or across several programs). The Program Manager is assigned to programs with the highest complexity and broadest breadth – typically at the enterprise-level.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree. Or equivalent educ/experience.

+ 8 years – Information Services/Information Technology and/or Healthcare Industry experience.

+ 8 years – In the project / program management field.

+ Prior experience in leading and delivering technology programs in the Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Divestitures and Construction domains.

+ Prior experience managing program budgets more than $1M, with cross-functional teams.

+ Demonstrated success working in a matrix organization, with accountability for project and program outcomes without direct people management responsibilities.

+ Comfort with ambiguity and experience working in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

+ Prior experience with using tools like MS Project Enterprise Server, JIRA, ADO to manage and deliver projects and programs

+ Experience with vendor/contract management and negotiations.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Master’s Degree.

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) upon hire.

+ Certifications in Agile/Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies

+ PgMP (Program Management Professional) upon hire.
