**Description**

**Principal Program Manager, Logistics, IS Supply Chain – 100% Remote within Providence footprint of states (WA, CA, OR, AK, MT, NM, TX)**

This position will support the Asset and Supply Chain Management team in collaboration with 3rd Party Logistics Partners, End User Support, ServiceNow and Oracle teams to provide world-class IT equipment 3rd Party Logistics services to our caregivers. This role will focus on end-to-end improvements in the entire workstream involving transactions, touchpoints, and interactions between our IS technology inventory suppliers, procurement, desktop support, stock room managers, and caregivers, as well as the systems used to facilitate the transactions.

This a new service for IS Supply Chain, so there will be a heavy focus on identifying the optimal short & long term plan for 3rd Party Logistics Services.

+ Responsible for the management of third-party logistics (3PL) provider(s) to include ERP system integration. Identifies opportunities to reduce transportation and warehousing costs.

+ Develops strategies, systems and plans to coordinate with IS Supply Chain, Field Desktop Engineers and Finance to meet increasingly complex caregiver delivery needs.

+ Oversee the selection and negotiation process for third-party logistics providers ensuring the highest quality service and best possible cost, while establishing and maintaining relationships with these providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and cost efficiencies are achieved

+ Develop, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and warehousing, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance caregiver satisfaction

+ Work with TEO Supply Chain leadership to develop and manage the annual budget for logistics and warehousing, including forecasting and tracking expenses

+ Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of 3PL Operations, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed strategies.

**Required qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Preferred field: Engineering discipline. Or equivalent education/experience.

+ 8 years Information Services/Information Technology and/or Healthcare Industry experience.

+ 8 years in the project/program management field.

+ 1 year PPMO portfolio experience (e.g. EMR, Business Applications, M&A, Infrastructure, etc.).

+ Development and execution experience with business development, marketing, communications, financial planning, and benchmarks/metrics in support of improved quality and process design.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ More than 7 yrs experience in 3rd Party Logistics Request for Proposal (RFP) development & management. ‘

+ Certified PMP, PgMP or equivalent experience

+ Familiar with ServiceNow and Oracle

+ Supplier Contract management and negotiation experience
