Overview
**Description**
We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager in Seattle, WA to be responsible for defining and delivering programs with a high degree of complexity that have broad cross-organizational impact beyond the Digital Innovation group. You will work with complete independence, and people look to you to define product or system strategy. Your data-driven, business-informed approach is sought after by stakeholders from a large array of functional areas in the organization. You have broad understanding of the organization’s systems and technologies that are relevant to your area of focus. Your job is to invent, innovate, evolve, improve and simplify solutions.
As a technical project manager on our marketing analytics team, you will play a crucial role in managing large scale analytics workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that Project team and stakeholders are aligned on scope, data, and deliverables.
Key responsibilities:
+ **Project Leadership** : Lead and manage complex analytics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
+ **Marketing Analytics Expertise** : Utilize your expertise in marketing measurement workstreams, including Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-touch Attribution, A/B Testing, Model development, Ad-hoc analytics, and other relevant areas.
+ **Azure Dev Ops** : Leverage your experience in project management using Azure Dev Ops to streamline project workflows, tracking, and reporting.
+ **Agile Methodology** : Apply your expertise in agile project management methodologies to ensure projects are executed efficiently, adapting to changing requirements, and maintaining a focus on delivering value.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
**Required qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, or other related scientific or engineering fields. Or equivalent education/experience.
+ 8 years Experience leading project teams to delivery of complex consumer-facing and/or enterprise software. Experience running an Agile process, ideally with a distributed team.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, or other related scientific or engineering fields. Or equivalent educ/experience.
