Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Product Analyst:

• Collaborate with Product Owner, Process Owners, Process Business Analysts, and Developers to design, develop, deploy and perform ongoing maintenance activities for our client's custom-developed software

• Work with internal partners, staff, and external clients to drive long-term scalability and sustainability of the business for a competitive advantage

• Utilize strong data analytics capabilities to support the digital transformation journey

• Bachelor's Degree is required, preference given to Business, Technology, or Accounting majors

Required Skills for Sr. Product Analyst:

• 4+ years of experience on a software delivery team with the ability to structure discussions as requirements and create product features

• 1+ years experience with Microsoft PowerBI: building reports, troubleshooting, and resolving report and data issues

• Experience with enterprise content and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Sharepoint, Suralink, and/or HighQ

• Prior public accounting experience with a mid-large size firm is highly preferred

• Understanding of SDLC

• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis or equivalent experience is a plus
