Position Overview:
- Monitors and evaluates current trends and practices in public health research and evaluation.
- Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement effective evaluation and data collection strategies.
- Integrates data evaluation and quality improvement processes into program planning, reporting, and staff meetings in partnership with the management team.
- Trains and supports team members on program evaluation processes, metrics, and best practices.
- Ensures the accuracy and integrity of data reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through data integrity checks and collaboration with program staff on data entry issues.
- Engages with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in public health, community development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing evaluation strategies, including surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews.
- Proven experience in complex data collection, entry, and analysis, including comparative analysis using publicly available data sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data management platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong ability to work under tight deadlines, manage time constraints, and prioritize competing demands.
