**Program Manager at Providence Portland Medical Center, in Portland, OR**

**Full-Time/Day Shift**

**Hybrid/ Full Remote Option**

The Program Manager is a key contributor to CORE’s portfolio, providing project leadership and execution as well as subject matter expertise in one or more of the following content areas: measurement and analytic strategy for health care and social services; program evaluation using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods; health systems transformation and cross-sector initiatives; and/or health and other public policy. This position is accountable for developing measurement plans and strategies, shaping and overseeing analytic approaches, and producing analyses, technical assistance materials, reports, and other products that offer independent findings, expert advice, and recommendations to clients and community partners on complex issues and projects. The Program Manager builds and maintains partnerships, develops new work through proposal and grant writing, designs projects, leads multi-functional internal and/or external teams, creates interim and final products and deliverables, and provides direction and guidance to ensure the overall success of programs and initiatives.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Social Science, or other relevant field.

+ 5 years Experience managing programs and projects related to health data, health policy, analytics, research, evaluation, or related field.

+ Experience managing stakeholder and partnership relationships.

+ Experience in developing contract proposals and budgets for federal, state or private entities and providing ongoing communications or progress reports.

+ Experience in desktop computing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Master’s Degree.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
