**Providence is calling a Program Manager, Compliance who will:**
+ Work collaboratively with the Compliance executive team and business operational leadership as key administrative resource within the Compliance Program
+ Be accountable for working with and facilitating processes to accomplish complex program objectives, manage change, and monitor recommendations and corrective action plans to resolution
+ Stay abreast of changes and updates in applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines to support key Compliance Program initiatives
+ Resolve issues that span project teams and departments by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities in a cost-effective and productive manner
+ Rely on extensive experience and judgment to represent Compliance Program, conduct special investigations, prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports
+ Ensure projects related to the Compliance Program are planned and executed in a manner that supports the Mission, integration and collaboration across the health system

**Required qualifications for this position include:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare, Business or another closely related field of study **-OR-** a combination of equivalent education and experience
+ 6+ years of experience in project planning / program management
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**
+ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or another closely related field of study
+ 3+ years of experience in Information Services, Information Technology and/ or Healthcare Industry experience
+ Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP)
