**Providence Health Plan is calling a Program Manager who will:**
+ Develop and implement various processes
+ Manage the annual and quarterly functions of System Governance
+ Serve as the main point of contact for both the PSJH Corporate Board and Community Boards
+ Be responsible for monitoring the departmental budget
+ Develop and communicate board meeting details and logistics
+ Prepare and draft appropriate meeting materials and correspondence for the Board
+ Compose quarterly chronicle briefings and annual submission to Chronicles Coordinator
+ Be a resource for Board of Directors/Board Committee
+ Develop and maintain professional relationships within the System Office and various locations
+ Manage software implementation and process improvement initiatives

**Required qualifications for this position include:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline **-OR-** a combination of equivalent education and experience
+ 7+ years’ project management experience
+ 7+ years relevant experience with all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ 7+ years’ experience in healthcare operations for an understanding of the nature of the work performed
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**
+ Master’s Degree in a related discipline **-OR-** a combination of equivalent education and experience
+ Coursework/Training: Project Management, Program Management, Change Management, Process Improvement, Lean or other similar methodology **-OR-** a combination of equivalent education and experience
+ Project Management Professional (PMP)
+ Experience with Facets, PEGA and other health plan management systems
