**Department Details**
Works directly with the VP of the Enterprise Project Management office (EPMO) to build and ensure the EPMO’s operational efficiency and delivery accuracy. Responsibilities include:
– Develop and maintain EPMO operational tools including reporting.
– Perform routine quality audits within the EPMO operations to drive efficiency and standards.
– Train and is the subject matter expert on EPMO operational tools within the team and throughout the organization.
– Develop project and change delivery SOPs as needed to drive standards within the EPMO operations and throughout the organization as needed.
– Demonstrate a basic understanding of organizational project management and change management practices and tools.
– Manage and supports small projects as needed
**Job Summary**
The Project Analyst monitors and evaluates trends, analyzes data to ensure consistency in quality, improved experience, and the achievement of project goals regarding projects and programs of the Enterprise Project Management Office. This individual will support activities that ensure the Enterprise Project Management Office operations are transparent and project reporting is accurate for senior leaders andserves as a content expert within team. Regularly exercises independent judgement on matters of significance including making recommendations to management on approach/options to accomplishing objectives.
Under the direction of the Enterprise Project Management Office, Project Analyst assists in the development of procedures, processes and tools in support of project and change delivery; maintains productive working relationships with the team and the department’s various stakeholders. May conduct and participate in collaboration sessions and best practice sharing with internal teams. Supports the Enterprise Project Management Office with communications between all members of the team including timely and appropriate generation, collection and dissemination of project related information.
Develops and maintains a high level of knowledge and expertise in the designated area to support the continuous growth and development of the EPMO. Ensures adherence to quality expectations and process standards as well as provides ongoing feedback to key organizational groups. Performs research, reporting and analysis on metrics and impacts to the department. Serves as the key coordinator and administrative contact for day-to-day responsibilities. Will design, execute, maintain and communicate results to ensure quality in our initiatives, processes, and software, including Microsoft Office, Teams and Smartsheet.
Leads the development of possible solutions to quality assurance and improvement issues within the Enterprise Project Management Office. Develops and manages information systems to support and improve strategic planning, operations, medical management and financial success. Identifying opportunities for internal and external quality improvement and developing strategies and programs to address the same. Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in related field required. In lieu of degree, leadership may consider six years equivalent work experience.
Minimum of at least four years of experience in healthcare field, or project management. Experience in apply quality standards, metrics, methodology and best practices. Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Smartsheet.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Associate in Project Management (APM) preferred.
