**Providence Health Plan is calling a Project Coordinator who will:**

+ Deliver and support projects timely, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction from initiation to completion

+ Be accountable for identifying and obtaining resources needed

+ Complete assigned projects and tasks within constraints of scope, time, budget, and quality with minimal supervision

+ Support Project and Program Managers with project assignments, priorities, action items, progress tracking, schedule monitoring, and risk and issue planning and escalations

+ Demonstrate effective interactions, positive interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams

+ Be proactive and detail-oriented

+ Have a passion for coordinating projects

**Providence welcomes remote work for residents who reside within a commutable distance (25-30 miles) of our office locations listed below:**

+ **Washington:** Vancouver

+ **Oregon:** Portland, Beaverton and Gresham

**Required qualifications for this position include:**

+ Associate’s Degree **-OR-** a combination of equivalent education and experience

+ 3 years project coordination/administrative assistant experience

**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree **-OR-** a combination of equivalent education and experience

+ 3 years healthcare organization experience

+ 3+ years project coordinator experience

+ 2 years’ experience building relationships with customers, executive management, and project stakeholders

+ 2 years’ experience identifying and resolving problems while retaining strong and effective working relationships

+ 1+ years of working knowledge of desktop software applications (e.g., MS Project)

+ 2+ years’ experience composing project documentation (Ex. Meeting notes, Risk and Issue Logs)

+ Demonstrate ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met and work is successfully completed within deadlines

Providence Shared Services is a service line within Providence that provides a variety of functional and system support services for our family of organizations across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
