**This is a hybrid role, local to Alpharetta, GA**
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Provider Services Associate:
– Manage incoming calls from healthcare provider clinics related to claims, fees, contracts, and other inquiries.
– Handle a call volume of 20-30 incoming calls per day
– Experience handling inbound calls/inquires in a medical insurance environment
– Provide reliable and committed service
Required Skills for Provider Services Associate:
– Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
– At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in Managed Care or Medical/Dental Insurance
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Comfortable with a hybrid work model and able to commute to our client’s location in Alpharetta as needed
