Your Role: Elevating Standards, Driving Excellence
Be the cornerstone of ensuring the processes, products, and services exceed the high standards clients expect and regulatory bodies require. This role is your canvas to innovate, lead, and uplift the quality assurance landscape through:
- Upholding and improving compliance with customer requirements, quality policies, and regulatory standards.
- Leading quality validation processes, from assessing needs to implementing firm quality controls.
- Orchestrating initiatives from concept to production, ensuring solutions are flawless and innovative.
- Collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to maintain and elevate the product supply and introduce groundbreaking projects.
- Engaging directly with customers and suppliers to fortify quality expectations and compliance.
- Crafting and completing quality enhancement projects, optimizing processes, and encouraging continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For: A Blend of Expertise and Vision
Your expertise, honed over at least 5 years in quality assurance management within manufacturing environments, will be the driving force behind our continuous improvement ethos. With a solid foundation in ISO 9001 standards and a track record of leading teams to excellence, you’re ready to tackle this dynamic role head-on. Your outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills, combined with a problem-solving approach with adaptability, will be key to growing in their fast-paced, innovative environment.
Qualifications for Success:
- BS or equivalent in Quality Management or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years in a quality management role within a manufacturing setting, including leadership experience.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing and leading ISO 9001 standards is required.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred.
