Position Summary:
The front desk clerk is responsible to greet patients and direct them to the waiting room for Cardiopulmonary, Radiology and Laboratory. Schedules and coordinates patient procedures though out the Imaging Department. Coordinating and communicating about patients with specialized procedures.Responsible to check procedure diagnosis to meet medical necessity. Answers telephones and general customer service responsibilities.
