Matt Sipowski – State Farm Agency, located in Boca Raton, FL has an immediate opening for a team member. We need a great team member to help run our front desk and handle other administrative duties.
Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set! You must be willing to come into the office, this is not a remote position.
This is a great job for developing your professional skills. This is a fast paced job that requires great people skills, the ability to do multiple things at once, and the ability to manage clients.Â
We have a great office with a mix of experienced and new professionals. This is essentially a paid internship, team members who have held this position are usually promoted. This position allows for growth within my company where you will gain professional experience.Â
You have to be outgoing, positive, and like dealing with people. My team is unique in that they are positive minded and enjoy working with each other everyday. I can honestly say that I enjoy the people I work with.Â
