Description – External
Coordinates Recreation Therapy Services. Identifies age-appropriate developmental tasks and needs as evidenced in the development of care and the treatment planning sessions. Evaluates patient’s needs with the timeframe and documentation policies. Writes descriptive, measurable objectives to meet goals. Plans a daily therapeutic recreation program that is consistent and well-structured for individuals and groups. Assist the Director with program development and implementation.

*Minimum Education*
x Bachelor’s degree □ Preferred x Required
*Required License/Certifications:*
Licensed Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist_(CTRS)_ required with at least 2 years experience preferred.
BLS required, or obtained during first week of hire
Hospital-approved Behavioral Management Program will be provided.
