Their team is committed to recruiting top talent in a nursing and retirement community setting and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter include:
- Coordinate and lead proactive recruiting efforts to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with leadership to determine departmental employment needs and qualifications.
- Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions in collaboration with managers.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events, to attract potential candidates.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess alignment with company values and culture.
- Facilitate the pre-employment process, including assessments, background checks, and screenings.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications of the Recuiter:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Two to three years of Human Resources and recruiting preferred. Candidates with excellent customer service experience may also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to think innovatively and solve problems creatively.
