Their team is committed to recruiting top talent in a nursing and retirement community setting and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter include:

  • Coordinate and lead proactive recruiting efforts to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Partner with leadership to determine departmental employment needs and qualifications.
  • Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions in collaboration with managers.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events, to attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct screening interviews to assess alignment with company values and culture.
  • Facilitate the pre-employment process, including assessments, background checks, and screenings.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications of the Recuiter:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of Human Resources and recruiting preferred.  Candidates with excellent customer service experience may also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to think innovatively and solve problems creatively.

PAY RATE: $22-24
