Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve any Healthcare claim insurance accounts with credit balances
- Reconcile overpayments or system credit balances through researching EOBs and payer correspondences
- Utilize various internal payer systems to drive accurate and timely resolutions of claims
- Assist and support the implementation of process improvement duties and initiatives within the client's credits department
Position Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of hands-on Medical Billing experience
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience remediating and refunding medical claims overpayments and EOBs
- High School Diploma
