Position: Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical
Location: Spokane, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery.

20 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
24 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
24 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible
24 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
28 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
28 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
28 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
32 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible
32 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
36 hours per week, 12 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
36 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible
36 hours per week, 12 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
Per-diem/Oncall, Variable shifts
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum less than one year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. Card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
- American Heart Association (AHA) – (BLS Provider),
- American Red Cross (ARC) – (BLS for Health Care Provider), -or-
- Military Training Network (MTN) – (BLS Provider) upon hire.
- Experience Required for Staff RN:
- 1 year Nursing Experience
- Experience Required for Fellow RN:
- 1 year Nursing experience but new to specialty of hire
- Experience Required for Resident RN:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
Preferred qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty
