**The Standards Specialist supports the health system through the management and improvement of system-wide processes related to organizational surveys and accreditation. The Standards Specialist assumes responsibility for all aspects of site inspection including pre-survey preparation through post-inspection follow-up of corrective actions needed. The Standards Specialist exercises independent judgment and discretion within agreed upon limitations and takes actions as needed based on knowledge of the organization, its policies, procedures, and personnel.**

+ This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled

+ This role requires for you to be located within a daily commutable distance of our office location listed below:

+ Texas: Lubbock

+ Work Week: Monday – Friday

+ Available Shift: Full Time, Day

**Required qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate of accredited healthcare program

+ Upon Hire: License or certification in a healthcare-related field (e.g., ART, RRA, CCS, RN, CPHQ, MT)

+ 2 years’ experience in healthcare, or experience in healthcare regulation and accreditation

+ Experience in various PC software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphic presentation and flowcharting

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Coursework/Training: Standards Specialist: Job requires OSHA 40 hour hazardous waste operation training and 8 hour annual refresher course

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
