As the Rehab Supervisor, you willprovide and coordinate care for our therapy patients while identifying and resolving issues affecting the delivery of clinical services. In this role, youwillserve as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies and procedures.Additionally, you will coordinate and participate in staff scheduling, orientation, educational/development activities and performance evaluations.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred
Current State of Michigan PT, OT or SLP license required
Minimum of two years’ experience as a clinician in a health care environment required
Minimum of three years supervisory experience preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) required (available upon hire)
Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
Position Details:
1.0 FTE (exempt, 40 hours per week)
Weekdays primarily with occasional weekend rotation if PT
Weekdays primarily with occasional holiday rotation if SLP or OT
