**Reimbursement Analyst *Remote***

The Reimbursement Regulatory Reporting Analyst is a journey-level position that is responsible for learning and assisting with various reimbursement activities for the system that include evaluation, planning, coordination, and follow through to completion of such activities that include but are not limited to: Preparation of Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory reports; wage index reviews; Medicaid Eligible Days reviews; implementation of various cost based reimbursement strategies; preparation of DSH Surveys and Applications, and working within any reimbursement methodology related to Medicare and Medicaid that have reimbursement implications. This position will begin to work independently in the daily tasks. The Reimbursement Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for working within all government reimbursement regulations in assigned work. The Reimbursement Regulatory Reporting Analyst is also responsible for assisting in meeting the needs of the functional team through preparing supporting schedules and financial analysis under the direction of the Reimbursement Manager and their designees.

**Required qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent educ/experience

+ 2 years demonstrated experience in the healthcare finance or related field.
