Release & Deployment Analyst
We are looking for a motivated individual to support proprietary software and configurations, with a focus on ensuring system reliability and stability. This contract position requires a strong coordinator who can adapt to shifting priorities and manage a significant workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support software configurations and database releases for PTC.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Develop and follow processes to minimize incidents and ensure effective communication about changes to stakeholders.
- Coordinate deployment plans, ensuring all release controls are satisfied.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot charts, graphs, formulas).
- Experience with Remedy, Notepad++, PuTTy, and SharePoint maintenance.
- Familiarity with Positive Train Control systems is a plus.
- Understanding of ITIL’s Release and Deployment Management processes.

- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to build constructive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
