Release & Deployment Analyst 

We are looking for a motivated individual to support proprietary software and configurations, with a focus on ensuring system reliability and stability. This contract position requires a strong coordinator who can adapt to shifting priorities and manage a significant workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support software configurations and database releases for PTC.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Develop and follow processes to minimize incidents and ensure effective communication about changes to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate deployment plans, ensuring all release controls are satisfied.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot charts, graphs, formulas).
  • Experience with Remedy, Notepad++, PuTTy, and SharePoint maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Positive Train Control systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of ITIL’s Release and Deployment Management processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to build constructive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
