Overview
State Farm Agency looking for Licensed Insurance Sales and Customer Service professionals who want wants to work from home! State Farm experience is preferred. You must have and active insurance license and some prior insurance experience to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
· Property & Casualty and/or Life and Health license required.
· State Farm experience preferred
· Must be familiar with and competent in using State Farm software.
· Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
· Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
· Self-motivated
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to effectively relate to a customer
· Must have home office and computer / laptop
· Must have the ability to carry out daily responsibilities without supervision
