Risk Analyst
Location: Miami, Fl
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
This role provides support to the Enterprise Risk Management program. This role performs risk data analysis, performs monitoring activities, maintains the software solutions used in the ERM process, and prepares reporting packages for Board and Senior Management committees. This role also collaborates with process owners across the organization to understand the risk landscape and control environment across various risk domains (Operational, Strategic, Financial, etc.). This also role provides administrative support to the Internal Audit functions.
Qualification Requirements:
- Experience in one or more risk areas (Operational, Compliance, Information Security, etc.) or internal audit.
- Experience performing risk assessments.
- Understanding of the risk management lifecycle.
- Knowledge in U.S. Banking laws and regulations.
- Broad knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., COSO, COBIT, NIST, FFIEC, etc.).
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field(s).
- Two (2) or more years of experience working in ERM, ORM, Audit, Information Security or a relevant risk area.
- Professional certifications in risk management or audit (e.g., ARM, CRMA, CIA) are a plus.
Salary:
Depending on experience & skill
($55,000 – $65,000)
