Supervises all ENT nursing staff. Prepares work schedules. Oversees nursing staff. Coordinates patient care to improve quality cost-effective outcomes.
Required LicensesRegistered Nurse
Current Registered Nurse Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky OR a Current Registered Nurse Licensure with a multistate compact status.
Minimum Work Experience• At least one year of experience as supervisor or coordinator.
Required SkillsCertifications:Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
