Provides direct patient care to acutely and critically ill patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Reports to; Director of ICU
*Required Skills*
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and
PALS within 90 days of hire
Handle with Care within one year from date of hire
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of VA or Compact licensure as a Registered Nurse which includes the Commonwealth of VA, and in good standing with the Board.Drag Edit Delete
One year of previous ICU or CCU experience strongly preferred.
