Join our client's dynamic team as an IT Services Sales Development Representative! As an SDR, you'll engage with prospective clients and provide top-notch service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting appointments and qualifying leads
  • Outbound prospecting and sales support
  • Promoting our company’s vision, mission, and values
  • Delivering a 5-star IT experience to all customers
  • Participating in meetings and maintaining accountability
  • Utilizing CRM, RMM, PSA, quoting software, and other tools
  • Representing the company at events and networking opportunities
  • Staying current with industry standards through training
  • Understanding our services and product lines deeply
  • Contributing to lead generation and following up on inbound leads
  • Maintaining accurate reporting of leads and opportunities
  • Providing administrative sales support and preparing meeting documentation
  • Executing remote/onsite prospect assessments and pre-qualifying clients

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience Required:

  • 1 year of relevant sales experience

Skills Required:

  • Technology experience and CRM software proficiency (HubSpot and ZoomInfo preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Success in a quota-driven sales environment

Details:

  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Start Date: Pending interviews
  • Pay Rate: $60-65k (Salaried, Exempt, with potential for bonus)
  • Hours: 8am-5pm (occasional special events, weekends, and evenings)
  • Dress Code: Business Casual
