Overview
Join our client's dynamic team as an IT Services Sales Development Representative! As an SDR, you'll engage with prospective clients and provide top-notch service. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting appointments and qualifying leads
- Outbound prospecting and sales support
- Promoting our company’s vision, mission, and values
- Delivering a 5-star IT experience to all customers
- Participating in meetings and maintaining accountability
- Utilizing CRM, RMM, PSA, quoting software, and other tools
- Representing the company at events and networking opportunities
- Staying current with industry standards through training
- Understanding our services and product lines deeply
- Contributing to lead generation and following up on inbound leads
- Maintaining accurate reporting of leads and opportunities
- Providing administrative sales support and preparing meeting documentation
- Executing remote/onsite prospect assessments and pre-qualifying clients
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience Required:
- 1 year of relevant sales experience
Skills Required:
- Technology experience and CRM software proficiency (HubSpot and ZoomInfo preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Success in a quota-driven sales environment
