Overview
Responsible for driving aspects of Sales Operations & Enablement for Acxiom’s Client Success Group. You would be a key member of the Sales Operations & Enablement leadership team managing and assisting with initiatives that drive growth, improve the sales process, and provide insights into sales related processes and metrics.
**What you will do:**
+ Drive planning activities and implement improvement initiatives to optimize results and improve efficiency.
+ Partner with various stakeholders across Acxiom in marketing, finance, HR, compensation, product, delivery, and IT to translate their business needs into actionable processes, results and/or metrics that benefit the stakeholder or the sales organization.
+ Manage the development, execution, and deliverables of medium to large workstreams identified by senior leadership as key initiatives.
+ Develop processes to improve Acxiom’s overall sales enablement capabilities.
+ Become a subject matter expert in our sales compensation process and help manage both the strategic and tactical activities associated with sales compensation such as meeting action items, plan and communication drafting and distribution, and issue resolution.
+ Manage existing enablement processes such as weekly win communications, interlocking with marketing and product, ensuring sales has required product marketing materials, etc.
+ Perform adhoc analysis as needed using Salesforce and other data to help identify opportunities for improvement or support existing initiatives.
+ Serve as a utility player for other teams within the Sales Operations & Enablement group as needed in areas such as competitive intelligence, content maintenance, etc.
**What you will need:**
+ You thrive in a team environment, are self-motivated, but can also be deeply detailed oriented
+ BS or BA degree required
+ SaaS experience, specifically salesforce.com, strongly preferred
+ Strong analytic and reporting skills using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc.
+ Phenomenal communication skills both internally and externally.
+ Experience in developing and making formal presentations to leadership.
+ Ability to negotiate critical matters and influence people / outcomes
