Farmers Insurance – Younas Financial Services in Gilbert, AZ is hiring Home and Auto Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team! Insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities for the Commercial Sales Representative:
- Develop insurance proposals, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Communicating with our hot leads
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Ability to achieve high sales targets

Qualifications for the Commercial Sales Representative:
- Previous sales experience is required
- Insurance experience is preferred
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Must be coach-able
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

Is this a commission-only position? No. Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses.
What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year? If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $60,000 to $70,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.
