Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to prospective clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance requirements. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and work closely with our team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ insurance requirements and recommend appropriate products
- Educate clients on available insurance options, coverage limits, and policy features
- Prepare and present insurance quotes, explain coverage details, and assist clients in selecting the most suitable policies
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and facilitate policy renewals
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to provide accurate information to clients
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field is an asset
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
