**Job Summary**
Facilitates and leads effective working relationships with the public, community organizations, and civic and business leaders to drive business objectives. The Sales Specialist will be tasked with working closely with new clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on our products and services offered at Great Shots, Blue Rock Bar and Grill, and the Sanford Event Barn. This position is responsible for acquisition of new leads through cold calling and sales strategies.
This position will contact leads to build relationships and schedule events. Maintains relationships with existing clients and keeps them informed of products, services, and promotions. Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing with clients and with members of the team. Has a positive attitude, works hard, is a self-starter, and has the ability to set and meet goals.
Possesses ability to work independently when necessary. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Performs other duties as required.
This position will primarily be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday but also requires availability to work evenings for large events, and up to two Saturdays per month, in which a day off during the week is given in return.
**Qualifications**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Minimum of 18 years of age. Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
