Overview
The QA Engineer is an instrumental member of a project team, helping to ensure that a solution is fit for end user’s needs. The candidate works closely with the entire project team to review the overall functional and non-functional requirements. Activities in this roll include analyzing non-functional requirements and technical designs, translating functional requirements into test cases, and identifying defects and driving them to resolution.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Create and execute test cases to validate products are working as expected.
+ Review functional/operational requirements and design specifications advising Project Management, Business Analysts, and/or Testing Leads regarding requirements and design testability.
+ In depth functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end to end functional and automation testing.
+ Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
+ Participate in user story creation process through dissection of high-level requirements.
+ Knowledge of modern testing methodologies.
+ Experience in an Agile/Scrum development process.
**Requirements – Senior**
+ 4+ years’ experience in an QA Engineer role.
+ 4+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
+ 1+ years’ experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
+ 4+ years’ experience documenting business problemsrequirements, designing solutions and authoring testing documentation.
+ Certifications (two of): SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Developer, SFMC Consultant, SFMC Admin, SF CDP, SF Personalization (Interaction Studio), SF Intelligence (Datorama)
