Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to play a crucial role in our Professional Services organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Analytics & Consulting. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, leading daily operations, interpreting and disseminating executive directives, making proactive decisions and exercising independent judgment, as well as streamlining processes, encouraging collaboration, and promoting connectivity between team members. As a strategic administrative partner, the role involves supporting leaders in achieving their goals and objectives and building strong relationships with the overall administrative team. The incumbent will be approachable, resilient, and proactive in handling and resolving issues as they arise.
Objectives & Key Responsibilities:
+ Partners closely with each executive and understands business preferences and priorities of your leaders and compromising efforts across all stakeholders to best support their needs.
+ Create efficient strategies for managing calendars effectively, anticipates needs in advance of meetings, and leading efforts in coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings.
+ Administer travel arrangements and manage reconciliation of expense reporting accurately.
+ Independently prepare and determine methods when developing agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents in support of objectives for the business.
+ Develop and drive action plans to proactively address inquiries and ensure successful communication dissemination.
+ Assist with special projects, as needed. Projects such as training new hires on policies and procedures, project management of deliverables, documentation and collateral coordination using SharePoint, and coordinating events.
+ Stay updated on company developments to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.

+ Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to provide seamless support across the organization.
COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
_BASIC REQUIREMENTS_
+ 5-7 years of proven experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level Executives, C-Suite, EVP, or similar roles.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a keen attention to detail.
+ Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple tasks, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills while displaying finesse and stability under pressure.
+ A proactive and strategic mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
+ Technologically adept and able to quickly adapt to new applications and tools. Extensive experience across Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 (SharePoint).
+ Apprehends the nature of support work and is comfortable being available as needed.
+ Respects confidentiality and able to maintain discretion.
+ Able to travel up to 5-10% or more depending on business needs.
+ Some travel may be international
