FINANCIAL SYSTEMS MANAGER (TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL)
ARC Group is searching for a Techno-Functional Financial Systems Manager to join a direct client in their Miami, FL offices. The Senior Manager of Financial Systems in our clients corporate headquarters and currently working a hybrid schedule, being in the office Tuesday-Thursday. This is a permanent hire and requires you to have permanent work authorization and 3rd party candidates are not eligible.
This is NOT a heads down IT job, nor is it a pure finance/accounting job; we need someone who maintains the integrity and reliability of our client's financial statements through their reporting system (Onestream). Onestream is not required but if you have techno-functional experience in Oracle's Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, Workday, IBM, or similar financial management tools we would love to speak with you.

Sr. Financial Systems Manager
In this role, you will also lead the ongoing enhancement and extension of the Onestream platform, ensuring it continues to meet our evolving business needs and remains aligned with industry best practices.
Financial Systems Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the techno-functional expert for the maintenance, support, administration, and enhancement of Onestream.
- Lead the ongoing enhancement and extension of the Onestream platform, ensuring it aligns with our evolving business needs and industry best practices.
- Provide accounting expertise to support enterprise-wide monthly closing and reporting processes.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in Onestream to optimize our financial processes.
- Promote best practices across all business units.
- Participate in special projects and proactive initiatives to enhance company
Financial Systems Manager
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial systems management
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, as well as familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
