IDR is looking for an Senior IT Asset Management Specialist to join one of our construction clients! This is a 6 month contract to hire position. We are open to candidates located in the Thorton, CO area!
 
Position Overview/ Responsibilities of the Senior IT Asset Management Specialist:

• The Sr IT Asset Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing day to day IT Asset Management (ITAM)operations.

• The Sr. ITAM Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, database records, and reporting.
•  The Specialist will maintain IT Hardware stock locations and inventory.
• The Sr ITAM Specialist will be responsible for guiding customers through various aspects of the asset management lifecycle, including providing training to other IT associates and/or the user community, including planning, refreshing, and dispositioning.

Required Skills for the Senior IT Asset Management Specialist:

Minimum 3 years of experience with IT Asset Management, computer hardware, and inventory

3 years of experience working with an ITSM application and workflow documentation

Beginner level to 3 years of experience with PowerBI or SQL is beneficial, not required Bachelor’s degree in computer operations, accounting or business; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree IAITAM Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) (International Assoc of IT Asset Mgrs)

Compensation: $31-34/hr based on experience
