**Description**
The Senior Manager, Spiritual Health Services is responsible for leading and supporting a broad range of professional spiritual care services to serve the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of care recipients and caregivers in inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

**Required qualifications:**
+ Master’s Degree Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry, or the equivalent applicable education from an accredited institution.
+ Coursework/Training and 4 units—Accredited or approved by the Association for Clinical Pastoral
+ Education (ACPE), by programs that were accredited by the former United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Commission on Certification and Accreditation (USCCB/CCA), or the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC/ACSS).
+ Within 3 years of hire National Chaplain Certification
+ 5 years of progressive responsibility for leadership functions
+ 4 years of experience as a chaplain
+ Leadership Experience
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Advanced training in ethical, religious, and spiritual dimensions of loss, illness and bereavement.
+ 1 year of experience in a medical setting
