**Providence Health Plan is calling a Senior Operations Analyst, Workforce Management who will:**

+ Work in a multi-faceted function to support Workforce Management in relation to analytics for overall contact center operations

+ Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables

+ Be accountable for working with and facilitating processes to accomplish:

+ Program objectives

+ Change Management

+ Resolution of issues that may or may not span project teams and departments

+ Planning, organization, Direction and Supervision of program activities in a cost effective and productive manner to achieve customer satisfaction

+ Support a variety of service lines with the initial focus area being Customer Service in Service Operations

+ Serve as the primary point of contact between operational leadership and responsible for engaging with executive leadership

+ This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Beaverton, Oregon

**Required qualifications for this position include:**

+ Upon Hire: Certified Project Manager (PMP)

+ 2+ years of experience leading data / system integration efforts for large scale customer service departments

+ 2+ years of experience leading operational reporting efforts for large scale customer service departments

+ 2+ years of experience facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders who hold different interests and priorities

+ 2+ years of experience quickly understanding and aligning with an organization, its structure and priorities

+ 2+ years of experience managing other project managers, project portfolios and / or multiple projects simultaneously

+ 2+ years of experience understanding business strategies and plans and their relationship to organizational strategies

+ 2+ years of broad programmatic skill base including but not limited to: schedule, financial, risk and task management

+ 2+ years of experience managing multiple large to mid-scale programs simultaneously

+ 2+ years of experience working independently

**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree **-OR-** a combination of equivalent education and work experience

+ 2+ years of experience working with analytics and data

+ Experience working with NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) requirements

+ 1+ years of experience working with vendor / contract management and negotiations

+ 2+ years of experience coaching and mentoring colleagues

+ 1+ years of experience in business development and / or strategic and tactical planning and execution including but not limited to: marketing, communications and financial planning

+ 1+ years of experience managing the process of design, development, integration and / or implementation of software products or facilities

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
