**Senior Program Coordinator – Service Excellence Department at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, WA**
Under the general direction of the CNO, responsible for service excellence; developing, promoting, influencing, and monitoring programming that improves the experience for patients and caregivers; Serves as a key advisor for patient-centered care efforts and caregiver engagement activities; works collaboratively with leaders to enhance individual ownership of the patient experience and caregiver engagement, guiding them to inspire ownership among all caregivers; and Guides and directs the patient Experience Steering Committee as a method of recognizing and sharing best practices.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Associate’s Degree from an accredited educational institution
+ 3 years of experience in a health related field in a position in which evidence of leadership, creativity, integrity, initiative and communication skills have been demonstrated
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a health care related field from an accredited educational institution
