Job Title: Senior SharePoint Developer

Location: Hybrid (Annapolis, MD & Remote)

Job Overview:
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking a skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to provide expert development, maintenance, and support for various SharePoint projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for integrating SharePoint with Microsoft products, developing new sites, and supporting end users, among other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, including analysis, design, and documentation.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft products and workflows.
  • Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
  • Assist in developing an enterprise strategy and framework for SharePoint usage and communication tools.
  • Support daily use and enhancements to existing SharePoint sites.
  • Create and review project deliverables, providing demonstrations and training as needed.
  • Provide management reporting and document code development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and system administration.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and .NET frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with systems development methodologies and project management practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse IT environment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide end-user support.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days on-site at Maryland Judiciary Information Systems (189 Harry S Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD), 2 days remote.
  • Flexibility to extend working hours as required for project deadlines or on-call support.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
  • Additional hours may be required to meet project needs or provide on-call support.
