**Job Summary**
Responsible for the integration and innovation of total rewards programs and strategies across the team and organization. Develops easy to understand education materials for employees and leaders regarding total rewards impacts to them personally and operationally. Integrate and innovate the technology utilized by the total rewards team and the team’s partners to ensure an appropriate and consistent approach. Interacts with vendors in a professional manner and ensures that all requests have been delivered upon. Lead development and approach to ensuring the organization’s compliance with federal and state regulations. Supports total rewards director in providing guidance and mentoring to other total rewards analysts.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum three years’ experience in total rewards, healthcare administration or related field required.
