**Providence Health Plan is calling a Senior Vendor Contracts Analyst who will:**

+ Be responsible for assisting with various contracting responsibilities, including those related to vendor and customer contracting

+ Coordinate compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including insurance and applicable regulatory requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”)

+ Assist business stakeholders with vendor contract administration

+ Maintain the contract management database, including a system for monitoring notice requirements, term and termination, and ongoing maintenance of vendor and customer contracts

+ Impacts the Company’s legal, regulatory, contractual, and financial obligations

**Required qualifications for this position include:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field **-OR-** a combination of equivalent education and experience

+ 5+ years’ experience with contracting and or legal

+ 5+ years’ experience preparing, reviewing, administrating, maintaining, monitoring contracts and other legal documents

+ 5+ years working knowledge and understanding of contract lifecycle management and the contracting environment

**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**

+ Experience drafting and negotiating the following clauses: Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Choice of Law and Confidentiality

+ Experience with database implementation and administrative support

+ Vendor Contracts Experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
