*Sr Workforce Absence Management Analyst-Remote*

* *What you’ll do:**

The Senior Workforce Absence Management Analyst plays a vital role in analyzing absence management data, ensuring compliance, and accurately recording and managing employee time and attendance data within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of timekeeping processes, absence management processes, UKG application modules, and healthcare labor analytics. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and optimization of the Workforce Management (WFM) absence management processes. The position will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the organization’s labor analytics strategy, and providing guidance and support to employees and managers regarding absence-related matters, including leave entitlements, documentation requirements, and return-to-work processes.

**Responsibilities*:*

* **Develop and implement absence management strategies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Generate reports to track leave-related data and trends for management and compliance purpose.
* Track and analyze absence data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Partner with business leaders to identify key reporting requirements that support decision-making for clinical frontline managers and employees
* Translate labor analytics into a clear directional path for achieving targets set by leadership
* Regularly communicate and provide updates to stakeholders regarding changes, enhancements, and performance of the absence management system within the ERP environment.
* Stay updated on regulations related to absence management and ensuring compliance.
* Participate in training programs and stay updated on timekeeping software and tools.

**What you’ll need:**

*EDUCATION:*Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required

*EXPERIENCE: *3 yrs. of healthcare UKG/Kronos experience with knowledge of labor laws including FMLA & ADA and other relevant regulations, absence management, time keeping, and reporting metrics required

*CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:*Relevant certifications in UKG application modules or healthcare analytics preferred.
