ARC Group is recruiting for a Social Media Manager to work onsite with a direct client in their West Palm Beach offices. Our client is a leader in their industry, continuing to grow, and looking for a Social Media Manager to drive the successful development and implementation of social media programs, including community management, growth strategies, analytics, engagement campaigns, and content strategy. If selected as the Social Media Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute a top-tier content strategy across all social channels, ensuring our brand's presence is both impactful and authentic.
- Maintain a comprehensive social content calendar, collaborating closely with content creators to bring our vision to life.
- Coordinate production requirements to align with strategic content plans, ensuring seamless execution.
- Generate insightful social analytics reports, providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine content strategies, maximizing audience engagement and brand resonance.
- Actively manage our online community, fostering meaningful interactions and addressing customer inquiries with finesse.
- Monitor consumer sentiment towards our brand and products, offering valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of social platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices, continuously refining our social media strategies.
- Propose innovative initiatives and experimental trends, driving forward-thinking approaches to our social media efforts.
Social Media Manager Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
- Evidence of successful development and implementation of social media programs, including community management, growth strategies, analytics, engagement campaigns, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in crafting frequent, creative, and engaging organic social media content, encompassing both video and imagery formats.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as proficiency in Social Media Scheduling and Moderation tools such as Sprout Social, and Project Management tools like Wrike, Asana, or Monday.
- Excellent time management skills, coupled with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a flexible and agile approach to tasks.
