**Description**

The BH LCSW independently practices in an evaluation or treatment setting dedicated to evaluation and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. We are currently recruiting for our Senior Clinic in Richland, WA. Our senior clinic team evaluates and treats adults over 65. Patients younger than 65 may qualify, based on condition. Older patients have unique medical needs. Kadlec Senior Clinic recognizes those needs while also preserving their quality of life. We also partner with a senior’s family members because they play an important role in staying well.

**Required qualifications:**

+ Master’s Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).

+ Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker License Or

+ Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker Temporary License Or

+ Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or

+ Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License Or

+ Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License Or

+ Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate Temporary License Or

+ Upon hire: Washington Social Worker Certificate

+ 2 years Post Master’s experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

+ Master’s Degree – Mental Health Counseling or Behavioral Sciences from an approved school. Or

+ Master’s Degree – Social Work (MSW) in an education program accredited by the council on social work education and approved by the secretary based upon nationally recognized standards.

+ Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire. Or,

+ Washington Marriage and Family Therapist Temporary License upon hire. Or,

+ Washington Mental Health Counselor License upon hire. Or,

+ Washington Mental Health Counselor Temporary License upon hire. Or,

Washington Mental Health Counselor Certificate upon hire.
