Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Donor Campaign Programs Specialist:

A dedicated role to focus on the phone specific donor journey. Including outbound calling program strategy and execution, as well as follow-up campaigns.

This position’s audience segment concentration will reach potential donors/brand new to the organization, current donors showing signs of sustainer behavior, and donors who have made the sustainer commitment but not yet fulfilled their first gift.

 

Required Skills for the Donor Campaign Programs Specialist:

  • 1-2 years experience with marketing or donor related experience
  • Knowledge of traditional direct marketing campaigns (phone, mail)
  • Strategic thinking – future focus solutioning
  • Project management – able to move a project/campaign from start to finish within agreed upon timeline
  • Communication – able to clearly communicate findings and recommendations in multiple channels to multiple levels
  • Collaboration
