Starr Regional Medical Center is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Speech Therapistfor our RehabDepartment. This job is permanent,PRN.

*Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following: *
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.
Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
Minimum EducationMaster’s of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology: â–¡ Preferred X Required
Required Licenses[Tennessee, United States] Speech-language Pathologist
Current Speech-language Pathology License in State of Tennessee:â–¡ Preferred X Required
Required SkillsCertifications:The below certifications will be required at the time of hire:X Basic Life Support (BLS)
