This role involves handling escalations, troubleshooting Active Directory, Microsoft O365, and creating images from scratch within SCCM. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr Desktop Support Analyst:

Examine all open tickets, determine their priority and impact, and decide on the speed of resolution or escalation to the Supervisor.

Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, Microsoft O365, and other Microsoft environments.

Create images from scratch within SCCM.

A minimum of 4-7 years of experience is required for this role.

Required Skills for Sr Desktop Support Analyst:

4+ years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst/Help Desk Technician.

1+ year of experience creating images from scratch within Microsoft SCCM.

2+ years of experience with ticketing escalations.

2+ years of Active Directory management, maintenance, and permissions experience.

Basic networking skills, such as how to ping a device.
-
Experience with deploying apps within Microsoft Intune or AirWatch is a plus.
