Position Overview for the Sr Developer:
Our client is in need of a Sr Developer who has a good understanding of test-driven development. Will be working with a larger development team in a scrum environment. Will be tasked with enhancing existing software and improve codebase by making changes or additions. Day to day they will be coordinating application implementations and test functionality to ensure specifications are met. Prior experience in a Lead position is a huge plus.
Required Skills for the Sr Developer:
- 8+ years of experience with Java and Spring technologies (Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, Spring Cloud)
- 5+ years' experience in Microservices using Java
- 3+ years of development experience working with Angular and/or Typescript
- 2+ years of experience deploying services to cloud via CI/CD pipeline – IBM Cloud, Azure
- Prior experience working with Devops Tools – Jenkins, Github
