IDR is seeking a Remote, Senior Social Media Manager for one our top clients in the Bolingbrook, IL area! This is a 6-Month Contract to Hire, PART-TIME position. please APPLY NOW!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Social Creative to develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/YouTube Shorts, Threads, Pinterest, and other social media channels.
- Transform business priorities and briefs into repeatable, engaging content franchises, series, and tactics for creative production.
- Utilize deep knowledge of retail experience to build and articulate compelling brand narratives and oversee brand-building initiatives.
- Leverage a background in art/visual or copy/editorial to provide creative direction, cast vision, and deliver constructive feedback to optimize creative output, all while staying agile and responsive to social and cultural trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in content, editorial, and/or creative strategy with a background in art direction
- Proven experience in social media management and strategy
- Beauty and retail industry experience highly preferred
- Must be located in or able to work within the CST Time Zone
