Overview
The Sr. Practice Analyst assists the Market Assistant CFO, Director of Finance/Market Controller, Market Director of Physician Practices and Central Billing Office with reporting for practice performance and works as a member of the Finance team to supply valuable accounting and practice data to both internal and external customers.

Management of practice accounting and journal entries under the guidance of the hospital accounting leadership

Performs account reconciliations for physician practice financials

Reconciles cash for physician practice ledgers

Oversees payroll and AP accruals

Manages monthly payroll analysis on variable pay contracts

Manages monthly expense allocations for the provider practices

Assists in analyzing monthly CBO performance and collaborates with the CBO on information needed for close

Reviews status of CBO charges adjustment, refunds, and write-offs monthly

Assistance with strategic and operating projects as requested
*Minimum Education*
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field – Required
